Winchester Cathedral Christmas Market
Winchester's traditional, German-inspired Christmas Market is uniquely situated at the foot of the Cathedral within the historic Close and surrounding the ice rink. Bigger than ever with more than 90 chalets all beautifully decorated and full of interesting, surprising and unique Christmas gifts and decorations.
Food and drink
You'll find plenty of choice for food and drink as chalets will be selling festive favourites such as, mulled wine, bratwurst, mince pies and stollen. Alternatively, the Cathedral Refectory and ice rink café provide a warm and comfortable setting with plenty of seating and great menus.
British crafts
If you’re looking for that special something make sure you visit the jewellers, painters, glass makers and textile artists selling unique gifts and decorations.

Open every day from Thursday 24 November to Wednesday 21 December
Sun-Wed: 10am-6pm
Thu-Sat: 10am-7.30pm
Many of the exhibitors will be attending for the full 28 days but some will only be here for the first 14 days with new exhibitors filling the chalets for the last 14 days - view the Christmas Market exhibitor list for more details.
